Lännen multipurpose backhoe loaders are an efficient solution for the construction and maintenance of electricity and telecommunications networks. Repairing storm damage and power outages, for example, requires reliable machinery capable of handling diverse tasks, challenging weather and terrain, and tight schedules. Lännen is agile and highly capable off-road. Large rubber tyres, high ground clearance, axle locks, and hydrostatic transmission ensure excellent traction and mobility.
A multipurpose Lännen line construction machine can operate a wide range of attachments — including high-power tools — with precision and safety. It digs, loads, lifts, transports, and performs many other tasks. It replaces separate pole handlers, personnel and material lifts, as well as dedicated machines used for cable ploughing and earthworks. All machines in the Lännen M Series can be equipped as Lännen Line Systems line construction machines.
The Lännen L1900 personnel lift is available with a quick-attach basket for one or two operators and a pole holder mounted on the lift. Maximum working height is 19 metres.
The Lännen L1100 material lift features a work attachment interface and a quick-attach personnel basket. The lift is equipped with a hydraulically driven rotating grapple. Maximum working height with the personnel basket is 11 metres.
Material lifts mounted on the front loader — also available with personnel lift readiness — further enhance Lännen’s year-round versatility.
The multipurpose Lännen is powerful and robustly built. Front and rear attachments can be used simultaneously or for sequential work phases by simply changing the direction of travel.
